Custom Pull Out Shelf Installer Position   ShelfGenie® is a company that designs, manufactures and installs custom Glide-Out™ shelving solutions to homeowners.  ShelfGenie of East Tennessee is currently seeking Installer partners who are already talented craftsmen to install our custom Glide-Out shelving in clients' existing cabinets.  This part time position is an excellent opportunity for independent handymen and carpenters, cabinet re-facing professionals, and kitchen / bath remodelers seeking additional part-time/supplemental work.    Installer Responsibilities: Receive job alerts via email, take accurate measurements and upload measurements into computer portal system, receive product shipment and inspect for quality, schedule appointment with client, install Glide-Out shelving at client home, & upload documents to computer portal system.   We offer these advantages for you as a ShelfGenie partner:         Jobs are provided- no advertising or selling required        Flexible schedule; you manage your appointment schedule        Opportunity for you to market your other services to ShelfGenie clients for additional business        Build additional credibility as a Certified ShelfGenie Installer        Compensation of 10% commission on total job revenue   Training Requirements: Training and Certification is required at our corporate HQ in Atlanta, GA.  Training costs $500 (plus travel expense) and comes with a guarantee of $5,000 of work (minimum) in the first three months.    Other Requirements:         One year work experience in a trade or construction related field        Must be dependable, professional, motivated and able to exercise good time management        Must value the importance of customer service        Must have state home improvement or general contracting license and insurance        Reliable transportation, basic carpentry tools, computer, internet access, email, scanner and printer   ShelfGenie will be conducting background and reference checks on all serious candidates.   If interested please call 865-805-2466 or visit: http://www.shelfgenie.com/installer-opportunity for more details Knoxville News Sentinel.
