Job Location
Louisville, KY- off Chamberlain Lane
Shift Schedule
1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm
Pay Rate
$12.50
Responsibilities:
Under direct supervision, the associate will work as part of a team to assemble various kits for machines.
Essential Functions:
* Must follow established procedures for completing daily tasks, and seek guidance from supervisor
* Work as part of a team to complete assembly of product
* Stand for the length of the shift, frequent breaks provided
* Ability to learn multiple assembly production lines
* Concern for quality of work
* Initiative to want to learn and become a long term member of the team
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
* Ability to read and write effectively and comprehend basic instructions,
* Ability to use basic hand tools, such as power screw driver, manual screw driver,needle nose pliers, etc.
* Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
* Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Demonstrated ability to follow instructions
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Primarily standing/walking. Lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
Repetitive motions at times.
