Managing the laboratory located at the corporate facility in Porterville.

Managing the laboratory located at the corporate facility in Porterville.
- Preparing and overseeing information contained in the Quality Assurance Manual pertaining to company laboratory operations and the procedures and protocols in the Laboratory Manual.
- Ensuring that all test equipment is properly calibrated and well maintained.
- Supervising laboratory technicians to ensure that they are properly trained to run standard quality control tests and safety procedures are followed.
- Procuring laboratory supplies and chemicals and maintaining Safety Data Sheets for laboratory chemicals.
- Maintaining proper records for all laboratory tests and ensuring that retained samples are secured for the prescribed length of time.
- Preparing reports of laboratory testing and ensure that copies are retained for future reference and distributed to the proper individuals at our facility.
- Performing such tests as are necessary to ensure the quality of ingredients and products received for our facility and products manufactured at or for our facility, including tests which are beyond the capabilities of the laboratory technicians.
