Associate Manufacturing Process Technician

Job Details:
Routinely perform moderately-complex to complex processes according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Specific responsibilities include:

• Performing routine cleaning/sanitation of GMP facility
• Routine Hand washing of equipment.
• Setting up and operating complex machinery (vial washer/autoclave/depyrogenation oven/automated COP washers).
• Assembly of moderate-complex equipment.
• Gowning and working in a Grade 5 environment while adhering to aseptic behaviors.
• Assisting or participating in other manufacturing operations (e.g., filling support activities).
• Internal support operations (e.g. stocking items, tracking inventory, material movement)
• Recognizing and reporting malfunctions and making necessary adjustments to equipment.
• May require occasional weekend or holiday work, early shift work and overtime as dictated by the production schedule
  
  Skills:
  Filling/Finishing manufacturing experience; understanding of measurements, calculations and the metric system; GMP knowledge

Requirements:

• Knowledge of GMP/GDP
• 1+ Years of experience working in GMP environments
• Cleanroom Experience
• Experience with full gowning
