About this job
Seeking an engineering or survey CAD Technician to utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Carlson software to perform production drafting and design on engineering and survey documents. Individuals will be working with grading, drainage, grading design, site development, road design, earthwork and airspace calculations, subsurface profiles, bid calculations, design documentation, quality control and review of drawings, and site monitoring. Surveying drafters will be working with subdivision, topo, easement, ALTA, boundary, and other surveys.
Qualifications:
- Individual is expected to have three or more years of engineering or surveying AutoCAD Experience.
- Individual is expected to have experience utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D and Carlson software.
- Individual is expected to have worked in a production AutoCAD environment.
- Individual is expected to have experience with engineering AutoCAD, which includes grading, drainage, roadway grading design, site development, road design, earthwork and airspace calculations, subsurface profiles, bid calculations, design documentation, quality control and review of drawings, and site monitoring.
- If they are on the surveying side of things, they are expected to have experience with ALTA, boundary, mortgage, subdivision, easement, etc drawings.
- Best individuals will have prior hands on surveying experience and knowledge.
