RN Telehealth Nurse / Case Manager / LPN Openings - Full-time / Part-time

We have multiple Nurse Telehealth, Case Management, and Program Support openings within Utilziation Management.

These are great opportunities for those seeking a consistent, steady schedule (Monday-Friday daytime hours, no weekends, nights or holidays!) working in an office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Utilization Management department on the Medicare/Medicaid team in order to maintain care and communication with patients. This may include engaging with members on day-to-day needs, updating their personal information, medication lists, connecting them with care they need in the community, etc.
• This is a dynamic position with competing priorities throughout the day/week, depending on patient needs and caseload.
• Will be promoting the quality and cost effectiveness of medical care by applying clinical acumen.

Qualifications:

• Must have current state RN, LCSW, LPN, OT, PT, OR LVN license. If you are in the process of obtaining your state license, please apply!
• 1 year or clinical nursing experience (nursing graduates with externship or other relevant clinical experience are encouraged to apply!)
• Must have Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing or social work.
