Strategic Procurement Consultant for Fleet, Wireless and Wireline programs. CVS Health strives to have the best-in-class Fleet, Wireless, and Wireline program. The Consultant will support the daily activities to achieve that goal. The CVS Health Fleet program manages 1,200 vehicles and 2,200 drivers on a reimbursement program. The Wireless program has over 21,000 wireless devices with AT&T and Verizon. The Wireline Team is responsible for managing payment of all telecom invoices enterprise-wide.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supports a variety of daily tasks for the Wireless, Fleet, and Wireline programs.
  • Manage the day to day maintenance and transaction for those areas.
  • Assist in enrolling, terminating and reassignment employees into the Fleet program.
  • Process third party monthly invoices for the Wireless, Fleet, and Wireline programs.
  • Data entry into the fleet and wireless third party application to ensure accurate cost center, email address, job titles and employee status.
  • Prepare reports on spend trends, compliance adherence, etc. for management review.
  • Responding to CVS Health employees and explain the Fleet and Wireless programs.
  • Assist the teams on any new projects or roll outs for Wireless, Fleet, and Wireline.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years MS Office experience, either academically or professionally required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in accounting reconciliations.
  • Ability to communicate accurately, clearly and professionally.
  • Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and arrange work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook requires; Tangoe, Wheels, Vision Wireless and Runzheimer programs helpful.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a team environment.

Education

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degrees strongly preferred
