As a Registered Nurse (RN), Regional Clinical Sales Specialist you will be able to combine your strong clinical and relationship development skills to take ownership of a territory maintaining/building business relationships with high profile cardiac and TPN clients and major hospitals. This role drives product line strategies and revenue growth to meet or exceed budget expectations.

You will be assigned a territory calling on physicians,nurses, case managers, discharge planners and other healthcare professionals in hospital, office, and clinic settings. You will use your excellent written,verbal and customer service skills along with advanced computer skills in order to interact with key partners.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), Regional Clinical SalesSpecialist you will…

  • Identify and retain new physicians, hospitals, and opportunities to grow parenteral nutrition and cardiac business and optimize revenue outcome for key customer accounts.
  • Coordinate sales activities with Regional Directors, Medical Groups, Territory Managers and Clinical Service Liaisons for the development oftherapy line sales strategies.
  • Overnight travel 50-75% (majority travel GA, SC, NC, VA, MD, PA, NJ, DE and Washington D.C.
  • Support the region's Clinical Sales Liaisons and Territory Managers as an expert in our IV infusion services.
  • Review market opportunities, implement programs, develop collateral and initiatives that support the growth strategy.
  • Participate in local and national HPN/Cardiac and consumer support group meetings to enhance market intelligence.

Required Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in one of the states the position covers. Additional licensure may be required in multi state service areas.
  • At least five years clinical nursing (RN) experience is required, with two years of cardiac therapies, TPN, and/or home infusion experience.
  • At least two years Sales, Business Development or Marketing experience.
  • Possess a valid and current driver's license and appropriate auto insurance coverage.
  • Must live in territory (GA, NC, SC, VA, MD, PA, NJ, NC, DE or Washington D.C.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hospital sales experience.
  • Home health and IV infusion experience.

Education

  • RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing.
