Job Description

We are searching for a self-motivated Account Manager with great people skills to promote one of world's most trusted home care companies. Excellent position for someone who understands the power and importance of relationships, is a quick learner, and would like to make a difference by helping people everyday. Although not required, an understanding of the senior care industry is a plus. We are looking for that individual who, either through a personal or professional experience, has come to know and understand the importance of senior care.

Job Territory

For successful sales professionals, this opportunity means no airports or time away from those you love! Instead, you will be visiting referral sources and clients locally in the Denver south metro area.

Responsibilities Include

  • Making a number of daily face to face marketing impressions primarily in Littleton, Lakewood, Denver, Englewood, Centennial, Aurora and Commerce City.
  • Growing existing referral relationships
  • Identifying new referral opportunities
  • Educating the community, seniors and their families on the benefits of Home Instead Senior Care
  • Performing a certain number of outside contacts per week
  • Setting priorities to meet monthly and quarterly growth projections
  • Generating phone calls from potential clients and referral sources each week
  • Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results
  • Converting successfully phone inquiries from prospects into care consultations
  • Conducting face-to-face meetings with prospective families and clients regarding their service needs
  • Ensuring a quality experience by performing client follow up
  • Managing company community service, email marketing, public relations and other programs

Position Qualifications

  • High Integrity
  • Passion for seniors
  • Established Customer Service Focus with the ability to build a referral provider network
  • Energetic lead generator who enjoys building relationships
  • Good Computer skills
  • Proven track record of achieving daily and weekly objectives independently
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
  • Sales Experience helpful
  • Proven Results
  • Experience developing a sales plan and territory routing schedule.
  • Must successfully pass a MVR check, extensive criminal background, drug screen and comprehensive reference check.
