Job Summary
- A+ customer service is very important
- Take orders at the register and hand out food to customers as it becomes ready
- General cleaning of the front of house area
- We are a busy quick service restaurant in the heart of Melrose Ave. We have a small team of talented, hard working people who all work together to make things run smoothly. We need someone who can fit into this mold.
General Accountabilities
- Welcomes customers to the store cheerfully.
- Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food.
- Takes customer orders at the register or over the phone.
- Serves customers their pre-ordered food.
- Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
- Helps to keep clean the tables, floor and whole front of house duing service.
- Thanks patrons and kindly invites them back for future dining.
