Sales Associate Job Description:
- Build customer confidence by making the store experience interactive, engaging and reassuring.
- Maximize customer experience by assessing customers’ needs and concerns by asking personal questions to come to a complete solution that meets those needs.
- Keep abreast of the rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology and Services through computer learning, training's, workshops and skills practice.
- Maintain the visual appeal of your store including store cleanliness and merchandising excellence.
- Make productive use of time.
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Assist in performing tasks that drive sales to the store.

After being approached by T-Mobile in early 2008, David Massry founded Ritmo Latino Wireless, LLC (RLW) which currently owns & operates 27 T-Mobile locations nationwide. Based in Shrewsbury, NJ, we are one of the first T-Mobile Preferred Retailers (TPR) to partner up with T-Mobile and target the Hispanic/Latino markets in California, Texas, Virginia, Maryland & Washington DC.
