About this job
Assist with proactively reaching out to clients who are looking for information on obtaining a loan, helping to guide a client through the loan review process, assist with loan closing, and assist currently serviced clients.
Take Incoming/outgoing phone calls while ensuring regulatory compliance
Assist with addressing operational/servicing related client concerns
Provide clarity and understanding to our clients and work with other teams to resolve issues or
concerns
Review loans, financial applications forms, credit reports, income and asset documentation
Process delinquent/late payments while working with clients to prevent charge off in an effort
to minimizing company and investor losses
Be able to take payments on loans in active bankruptcies
Work/ Monitor a variety of reports:
Bankruptcy visibility
Payment failures
Charge off reporting
Payment/ suspense reporting
Draft and send a variety of client correspondence emails
Work closely with all of our business partners to provide process improvements for a better
client experience
Suggest coaching, training and process improvement opportunities to other areas of the
business internally and externally
Assist with other assigned projects
