CNC & Welders & General Production - Full-time / Part-time

We are hiring for various production positions at one of our largest manufacturers in the Crystal Lake/McHenry area. Many of the worlds largest companies and house-hold brands utilize this company and their services for their parts.

Hiring for CNC, Welders, Press Operators, Forklift, and General Laborers. Most entry level positions start around $15/hr, with the more skilled positions starting around $20/hr based on experience. This company promotes from within and offers a lot of opportunity for growth. Also offers benefits, 401k, and more. Offering both Contract-to-hire and Direct Placements.

*Depending where you start: General Laborers will be promoted into an operator, after working as a Machine Operator 1, candidates will eventually be promoted into a Machine Operator 2 where they will begin learning setups and get a raise. Next position would be Machine Operator 3 or CNC machining and/or Welding. There are also other divisions such as QC, heat treating, and more.

SHIFTS (most openings 2nd or 3rd):
1st - 8am-4pm
2nd - 4pm-12pm
3rd - 12pm-8am
