Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

Sources and conducts initial telephone interviews for open positions.
Assess applicant pool and recommends applicants for further consideration.
Participates in recruiting process to include scheduling face-to-face interviews with management, pre-employment drug tests, submitting back ground checks, scheduling orientation and conducting segments of the new hire onboarding process.
Assists HR team with researching different avenues of advertising and executing multi-faceted recruiting approach to build applicant pipeline.
Uses PC to input and analyze data in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Drafts reports, memos, and other communication of a semi-technical nature for management's review.
Performs other related tasks, as assigned.

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

Requires ability to work independently, make decisions, problem solve and maintain confidentiality.
Requires ability to professionally communicate orally and in writing, documenting communication accurately.
Must be fluent in the English language (orally and in writing).
Must be organized, detail oriented, and attentive to detail and follow-through.
Must possess the ability to assess talent and be comfortable conducting telephone/onsite interviews and presenting in front of a group of people.
Requires skilled knowledge and experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Self-motivated, driven and a "go getter" attitude
Ability to develop and foster relationships with internal and external partners

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous recruiting/hiring experience
Experience with PeopleSoft



Wage Range
$16.15 - $24.25
