PrideStaff is a national staffing agency seeking to fill an immediate need for a CNC Machine Operator and Programmer in a fast paced manufacturing environment. This is a first shift position. This position is paid between $22.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, and is a temp-to-hire position. This is a second generation owned shop located in the norther suburbs.

This position is paid between $22.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, and is a temp-to-hire position. This is a second generation owned shop located in the norther suburbs.
Job Responsibilities May Include:
- Producing machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a CNC mills and lathes
- Maintaining quality and safety standards
- Keeping records
- Maintaining equipment and supplies
- Ability to take part from blueprint, program machine and run parts to completion
- Keen attention to detail
- Good math and problem solving skills
- Willingness to perform other tasks as assigned that are out of the realm of a typical CNC machinist position
- Good common sense and good attitude
- Teamwork-oriented mindset
- Willing to work 8 – 10 hours daily
