Customer Service Rep: Credit Team - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for credit support customer service representatives to work in a local call center.

Job Description:
-Manage all facets of credit and accounts receivable relationships with an assigned portfolio of customers
-Contact customers when credit limits need to be reviewed, when orders are placed on decline and when balances are past due
-Focuses on maximizing efficient order flow, conducting credit investigations, negotiating payment arrangements and managing all aspects of the credit portfolio
-Resolves customer claims and disputed items
-Contacts all past-due accounts within assigned portfolio and make arrangements for payment
-Places accounts on credit hold as necessary
-Handles inbound accounts receivable phone calls
-Processes credit applications, including contacting credit references -Provides backup for cash application activity and credit memo processing

Shift: Rotating 1st Shift

Pay: $12 / hour
