Job Title: Appointment Scheduler

Hours: Must be available between 7am-9:30pm Monday-Sunday (will work every other weekend)

Pay: $17/hour

Location: Bloomington, MN

Position: 4 months contract to hire

Start Date: 2/26

Work Environment:

  • The contact center is located right next to the cafeteria that offers caribou coffee and a wide array of food options.
  • Dress code is Business Casual during normal working hours and casual during evening and weekend hours.
  • The contact center houses the appointment schedules a care line nurses. Each person has their own work space that consists of a large cubicle area with an option for sit stand desks, dual monitors and a headset. The call center has a lot of windows allowing great natural light during the day.
  • This is a fast paced environment that focuses on delivering high levels of customer service and compassion to callers. When call volume is low, employees are allowed to do personal tasks (read books, work on puzzles, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Call Center, Front Desk, or Face to Face Customer Service in Healthcare
  • May consider candidates with strong professional experience with Retail, Hotel, Restaurant, or Professional Business setting
  • No more than 3 jobs in 5 years
  • Has not been let go from any previous positions for attendance issues
  • High school diploma/GED

Job description:

  • The Scheduling Rep will be responsible to taking inbound calls within contact center environment. Patients will be calling to schedule an appointment at one of the 50+ clinic locations. The responsibilities may include verifying patients insurance, pre-registration and schedule their appointments at appropriate clinics.
