Quality Control Technician
Job Description:
Local company in Lititz looking for a Quality Control Technician to help test and improve manufacturing processes. This is a long term role that offers great benefits.
Shift:
3rd Shift: M-F
Candidates are required to do the following job duties:
- Perform quality studies and implement improvements
- Analyze data and perform corrective actions
- Conduct capability studies
- Conduct inspections and testing including laboratory tests
- Calibrate measuring devices
- Write informed reports with clear analysis and next steps
- Train other staff members in testing and inspection as needed
- Use work instructions and bill of materials to evaluate if correct material is being used
- Be comfortable reading blueprints
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Develop instructions and test procedures
- Utilize Microsoft Excel everyday
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of Quality/Inspection experience
- Blueprint experience
- Measuring experience
- Computer experience including Excel
- Ability to interpret statistical data
