SUMMARY:
We are currently searching for highly motivated individuals looking for a full-time management position in the restaurant industry. Zaxby's is one of the fastest growing Quick Service Restaurants in the southeast specializing in chicken fingers, chicken wings, and specialty Zaxby's Salads. This individual will supervise the Shift Leaders and Team Members of a single Zaxby’s location, ensuring talent development, product quality, guest satisfaction, image management, and restaurant profitability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Ensures profitability by providing excellent service and quality products.
§ Oversees shift leaders and team members through coaching and development.
§ Actively recruits new employees, and properly addresses employee performance issues.
§ Provides exceptional guest service; professionally and promptly responds to guest concerns or issues.
§ Regularly evaluates and monitors restaurant level performance, ensures compliance with employment hiring regulations and operational standards, and implements improvement strategies and tactics as needed.
§ Plans and prioritizes action plans and agendas to address key issues and improve operating performance.
§ Must manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks and goals.
§ Must be willing to work up to 50 hours a week, scheduled or unscheduled, as emergencies arise.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS.
§ Must be 18 years of age or older.
§ Must have a valid U.S. driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean motor vehicle record.
§ Must be able to pass a drug test.
§ Must have a high school diploma or GED.
§ Must have at least one or more years of management experience (restaurant experience is a plus).
§ Must have a knowledge of computer programming including: Word and Excel (MyMicros is a plus).
POSITION EXPECTATIONS.
§ Zaxby's Franchise Inc. Certification complete within 6 months from date of hire. Must pass with a score of 90% or higher.
§ Must pass Serve Safe certification within 6 months from date of hire.
§ Must show an ability to effectivley lead team members to run consistently productive shifts.
§ Must show a consistent level of professionalism, integrity, and emotional intelligence both in our Zaxby's store and in the community.
