Cashier - Full-time / Part-time

Cashiers are required to learn the ins and outs of STORIS, the computer program Bob Mills uses to process all tickets. They are also responsible for taking payments on accounts, processing financing for tickets, and getting customer signatures on all required paperwork. Cashiers are also responsible for answering incoming phone calls and either assisting the customers or directing them to the appropriate person.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take and post payments on customers’ accounts including cash, checks, and credit cards
• Process financing including down payments and paperwork
• Count money in drawer before and after shift and match to computer reports.
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Scan all documents into designated computer program
• Keep cashier counter clean and presentable

Availability to work nights and weekends is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service oriented
• Basic math skills
• Proficiency with computer based systems
• Previous cashier experience preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask

HS Diploma/GED preferred with 6 or more months of experience, or some combination of education and experience.
