Hello,
My name is Kevin, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a PC Refresh Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Sylmar, CA. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Responsibilities:
· Decommissioning legacy PCs and peripherals and installing/configuring new PC systems for end users
· Building Windows systems using MDT imaging process
· Perform user data backup and restore via USMT
· Follow deployment instructions per an issued work order
· Install software per work order through SCCM Software Center
· Physical hardware installations along with decommission processes
· Inventory and asset management
· Provide excellent customer service to end users
