Store Director

Providing outstanding Customer Service. Planning and directing day-today operations of the store. Developing strategies to improve customer service and drive sales.

Ensure customer needs are met and service is quick and efficient. Oversee product displays and merchandising. Forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting and training strategies to provide optimal staffing in all departments of the store. Working with store budgets to meet or exceed store goals. Ensure a safe working environment for all of our associates as well as monitoring food safety practices throughout the store.

Qualifications: Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent and/or a minimum of 5 years management experience in the field or in a related area. Must have extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and excel at leading and directing the work of all store associates. Must have proficiency using Microsoft office, word, excel and PowerPoint.
