Stockroom Associate - Full-time / Part-time

Basic Role - As a stockroom worker you would be responsible for  receive materials into the stockroom, issue it to the production, compile stock reports and perform inventory transactions on the materials kept in stock. Also, ensure that quantities in the inventory database are accurate and that orders received into the company are accurate.

Job Details - As a stock workers you will be required to receive materials into the stockroom through receiving transactions. Verify the quantity of parts or products that arrive and the time of arrival. Enter this information into the inventory database, including the part numbers and the location of the items in the stockroom. When requested, issue materials to production. This may include a transaction out of the stockroom to the production floor. Also, fill customer orders from the stockroom shelves, including packing and preparing the materials for shipment.

Skills Required - You must have basic math skills and the ability to perform simple transactions on a computer. Stockroom work is physically demanding and will require workers to bend and assume awkward positions. You will also be required to lift heavy materials from the stockroom shelves. 

Education and Qualifications - High school diploma, Microsoft Office experience, and JobBoss experience is a plus.
