Family owned and operated business founded in 1994 offering both furniture and interior design consultation services focused on the principles of offering exceptional and stylized products that enhance spaces with sophisticated, is interested in hiring a Sales Executive.

 

Job Description:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales and cultivating a strong relationship with the furniture trade community of clients, while promoting the Company’s brand and enforcing the level of service according to its DNA.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

· ­­­Generate sales on the design to the trade channel: interior designers, design firms, commercial developers, and hospitality.

· The main territories to be covered are: Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

· Account Management is a very important duty that has to be exceptionally handled.

· Networking within the industry related groups is a key requirement in order to understand the market needs and opportunities.

· Create, cultivate, maintain, and nurture relationships with residential and commercial designers, design and architectural firms, developers, realtors and hoteliers focusing primarily in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

· Achieve and surpass established sales goals, monthly and annually.

· Maintain current accounts promoting the brand through visits as well as providing training and customer service.

· Outreach to create new business relationships throughout the designated territory focusing on weekly and monthly goals to track performance.

· Assist management’s efforts to capitalize on market needs for retail sales by prospecting new business.

 

Qualifications include:

· Proven sales record with a minimum 5 years field sales experience.

· A Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university in sales, business administration, or relevant field.

· Knowledge of the Full Line furniture industry /in depth knowledge of the trade.

· Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting customer requirements.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships.

· Solid analytical, quantitative, and planning skills required.

· Computers usage proficiency: MS Office Applications, Internet applications, CRM and Administrative Software.
