HomeCare Client Service Coordinator - Full-time

Home Instead Senior Care in Mobile, Alabama has an opening for a HomeCare Client Service Coordinator. This position will be responsible for new client service coordination, quality assurance,  client development and communication, creating and maintaining schedules covering all client shifts with the appropriate caregiver using Clear Care scheduling software. Must be able to comprehend vast quantities of information concerning clients and CAREGivers to be used to provide the top level of service to our clients.  Must be very high energy and focused.  Must be a self starter with creative problem solving ability.  Must be very computer/internet savvy, have the ability to manage multiple tasks and create positive results, have excellent phone etiquette, and possess a positive can do attitude.  Must have the ability to be understanding and be compassionate with clients and caregivers. This position also takes the on call phone responsibilities on rotating basis on nights, weekends, and holidays for the purpose of solving any problem that may arise after hours.    

The ideal candidate will have experience with concierge level customer service in either the hospitality or healthcare market.

A bachelors degree is a plus (business focus) however, we will consider a candidate with the right experience.

This position is based in Mobile although we service clients in Baldwin County as well.
