  • To support the Site Manager in managing day-to-day unit operations while delivering a high standard of customer service through motivation and communication skills.
  • To integrate with an energetic team who provide a high level of customer service at all times to our guests.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Model the Picsolve selling standard leading by example
  • Complete staff observations and assessments, providing feedback to ensure sales models and behaviors are adhered to (ex:  8 steps to Mystery Shop)
  • Track and monitor unit KPIs and drive sales by motivating staff using incentives and recognition
  • Consistently track unit sales on an hourly basis and ensure all team members know their sales targets
  • Track individuals’ performance, providing coaching when required
  • Accountable for cleanliness and retail standards, ensuring the highest standards are met at each unit

 

Team Behaviors

  • Deliver motivational and educational start-up meetings to the team, ensuring they have appropriate levels of information such as daily targets and unit assignments
  • Accountable for your own self-development using all available resources
  • Model team behaviors: friendly, knowledge expert, enthusiastic, confident, following uniform and appearance guidelines
  • Ensure the team are briefed on all relevant communications and prioritize/delegate tasks accordingly (ex: new product or price promotions)
  • Assist the manager with major event preparation (audits, etc.)
  • Run the site in the absence of both the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager
  • Actively participate in management meetings, carrying out actions as required
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the site management team, external suppliers, and all Picsolve colleagues in order to maximize system operational time

 

Team & Site Management

  • Carry out regular unit and till checks and internal Mystery Shops
  • Complete till checks and end of day cash and paperwork procedures as outlined in the loss prevention policy
  • Carry out Return to Work Interviews for Picsolve Employees, providing the Site Manager with any relevant information regarding employees returning from periods of absence
  • Support the Site Manager in the implementation and compliance of operational policies and procedures which are specific to the site

 

Key Performance Indicators

  • Successful completion of contractual probationary period
  • To achieve a minimum satisfactory standard of performance (measured via appraisal)
  • Satisfactory performance in relation to attendance
  • SPH, Revenues, Hourly Sales
  • Mystery Shopper Results – 94% average score for the year
