HVAC - Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Temp to Permanent Placement: Full or Part time. Work days: Monday to Friday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The option of being on-call is also a plus.

Primary duties; the ideal candidate must be able to: • accept responsibility for precise/correct installation, repair, maintenance of heating, air-conditioning,   ventilation and cooling systems • precisely/correctly diagnose, repair electronic mechanical, electrical components of the HVAC systems • Maintain adequate tools, parts, safety equipment, etc. • Maintain all required documentation (i.e.: delivery of equipment, model/serial numbers; repairs, etc. as   required) • Identify and report any/all service, maintenance, repair issues • review specifications and explain varying product options

Skills / competencies: • verifiable experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing /correcting multiple types of HVAC problems • good analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to read and interpret plans, manuals, blueprints • excellent customer service and communication skills • ability to work independently within a timely manner.        

Background check and drug screen is required.
