We invite you to join a fast-paced call center environment processingin-bound calls from 11 states within AEP's service territory. We arenow accepting applications for: CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITIONS Minimum Requirements: •High school diploma or GED. •Excellent communication skills with a great attitude and commitment to customer service. •Ability to operate job related equipment such as computers, calculators and teleset equipment. •Ability to work a flexible work schedule between 7am and 10pm, Mon. - Fri. and 7am - 5:30pm on Sat., overtime, and call-out overtime. •Ability to successfully complete company pre-placement examinations. Successful candidates will be hired through, Key Personnel, a local staffing firm, and will be placed at the AEP Tulsa Customer Operations Center. Compensation and benefits will be through Key Personnel, with potential for full-time hire by the Tulsa COC for those individuals performing assigned job duties at a sustained satisfactory level. Starting pay is $13.75 per hour, paid training, and shift differential after training.
