Quality Inspectors – Automotive Supplier - Full-time / Part-time

$12.00 /hr. + overtime.  McCalla, AL. MULTIPLE OPENINGS - Will start on 12 hr. shift (6 PM – 6 AM); 6-7 days/week.  Once fully staffed, will move to 8 hr. shifts (3 PM & 11 PM shifts).

You will be working in an automotive supplier plant, doing quality inspection and parts correction work. Summary of job duties:

• Standing during shift; manually manipulating manufactured product and doing visual & "by feel" inspections
• Use simple tools for some inspections
• Repetitive work with your hands
• Occasional heavy lifting up to 50lbs

You’re a Great Candidate if You Have the Following:

• Quality inspection experience is appreciated but not necessary.
• Valid driver’s license a MUST
• Pay attention & follow directions well (quality is all about the process)
• Able to listen, communicate well
• Physically able to stand during full shift and do the work described above and lift up to 50lbs
• Presentable appearance, and appropriate attire for manufacturing plant (shirt tucked in, no no excess jewelry, no long nails)
• Able to work expected schedule: Start on 6 PM – 6 AM shift, up to 7 days /week; move to 8 hr shifts later (2nd or 3rd shift). Shifts will vary and Must be able to work 12 hour shifts
• Will wear black Dickey/khaki pants, steel toed shoes; shirt, safety glasses, etc. provided.
