Job Description
JOB PURPOSE As a Server, your primary purpose is to create a unique and personal experience for Buffalo Wild Wing’s Guests by enthusiastically and effectively presenting food and beverage options in an informative, friendly and enthusiastic manner
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Open and close the restaurant
· Perform comps, voids and discounts when necessary
· Address guest complaints
· Document shift highlights in daily communication log
· Ensure guests are getting excellent customer service and a great guest experience
· Monitor food quality, labor and safety throughout the shift
· Manage labor during the shift
· Provide support to Team Members
· Monitor Human Resources procedures appropriate to the Shift Lead Role
· Supervise and run the floor during your shift
Knowledge/Skills:
· Great reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
· Basic Math skills required
· Mobility required during the entire shift.
· Great Interpersonal Skills
· Understanding of the restaurant Industry
· Experience managing or supervising a team of people
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required
· Must have at least 2 years experience in a supervisory role
· Customer service experience
· At least 2 year of restaurant experience
