Assistant General Manager / Service Manager
$45,000 to $65,000 Plus, Bonus Potential
We are looking for the best managers throughout the Dallas area!
Are you a hands-on leader with an eye for talent, strong work ethic and drive to succeed?
Company is part of a locally owned and operated, Chef driven restaurant group. We are currently seeking professional and experienced AGMs / Service Managers with Upscale, High Volume $5 - $9 Million, Full-service, casual dining experience.
The AGMs / Service Managers are responsible for FOH & BOH, ensuring that impeccably high quality and service standards, financial performance, and team member development are achieved.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Hands-on leadership style
- Experience with Hot Schedules, Open Table & Social Media
- College Degree or BS Restaurant Management required
- Self-directed, confident, customer driven & edgy (thinks outside the box)
- Successful career track and stable work history
- Table toucher
- 2 to 5 years’ experience as AGM or Service Manager in upscale, high volume, casual dining setting
- Career path: worked your way up through the kitchen = OK to apply for this position
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including holidays
- Bilingual English/Spanish = a plus
- Strong Bar Manager experience – OK to apply for this position
