Cashier / Sales Associate

This position is considered the front line to make our guest happy in our locations. You are the first one to greet the guest as they walk in the door and the last one to tell them "See you tomorrow". Our associates are what make our business successful. If you can be friendly, helpful and a team player we want you. You will be provided with an exceptional level of training and you will be empowered to do your job on a daily basis. We will train you on customer service skills, food preparation skills as well as store maintenance and daily task routines. You will work with a great team that wants to serve the modern convenience shopper.

Job Requirements
1. Must be at least eighteen years old.
2. Has reliable transportation and can be contacted by phone.
3. Practice honesty in the workplace.
4. Possess a strong degree of ownership over completion of tasks.
5. Friendly and personable
6. Apply the Blueox Neighborhood Markets pledge of service criteria to each transaction.
7. Ability to speak effectively with customers
8. Must be able to work at times with minimum amount of supervision.
9. Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
