Food Service

The Food Service Associate has primary responsibility for the food preparation area of the store. This includes training, inventory control, food quality and compliance with Company and Governmental regulations. Models exemplary customer service at all times by assisting customers with their shopping needs and helping them to have the best purchasing experience to ensure repeat business and achieve profits in accordance with the operating standards of the company

Job Requirements
1. Must be at least eighteen years old.
2. Has reliable transportation and can be contacted by phone.
3. Practice honesty in the workplace.
4. Possess a strong degree of ownership over completion of tasks.
5. Friendly and personable
6. Apply the Blueox Neighborhood Markets pledge of service criteria to each transaction.
7. Ability to speak effectively with customers
8. Must be able to work at times with minimum amount of supervision.
9. Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
