Loan Processor - Central Loans - Full-time / Part-time

The Alpine Bank Central Loans department has an open position for a full time Loan Processor. This position could be based out of Rifle or Grand Junction. We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, be detail oriented and who has the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, and meet strict deadlines. Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Wage dependent on experience. Essential Functions:• Produce loan documents via the loan documentation platform (LaserPro) in accordance with the loan approval• Prepare documents, letters, memos and other written correspondence to document loan files• Assist all lending support staff with documentation or procedural questions• Manage work flow within assigned area of responsibility and assist other team members as time allows• Identify missing or incomplete documentation as relating to compliance requirements• Process and document denied loan files• Other Duties as assigned

Requirements/Preferred Qualifications:• Excellent customer service skills• Working knowledge of loan regulations and various methods of collateral perfection (e.g. real estate, personal property, stock, aircraft, boat, vehicle, assignments of contracts, etc.)• Strong Computer skills• Experience with LaserPro a plus• Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work under pressure, in a fast paced environment, and meet strict deadlines Performance Expectations:• Demonstrate commitment to providing continuous excellent customer service• Practice a high degree of professionalism with a positive attitude• Manage time effectively and efficiently• Maintain a high degree of accuracy and completeness of work• Meet Customer Expectations• Adhere to all policies, procedures and regulatory compliance guidelines of Alpine Bank.
