Life as a New Home Sales Associate:
  • Serve as a support resource for New Home Specialists in a rapidly moving market
  • Welcome potential customers to Eastwood information centers
  • Maintain a friendly selling environment and organized sales space
  • Support all community marketing initiatives to foster new business relationships with realtors, customers, and potential trade partners
Qualifications
New Home Associate Qualifications:
  • Must possess a desire to build a long-term career in the New Home Industry
  • Must be motivated for growth opportunity within Eastwood Homes
  • Exceptional written, verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Proper business attire and personal hygiene required to represent the company in a professional manner
  • Approximately 40 hour work week, hours will vary depending on company model home hours or events
  • Some Weekends required
  • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening
  • Must possess a clean, dependable, late model vehicle, accommodating at least 2 passengers that may be required to facilitate necessary job functions
