Responsibilities and Qualifications
Directly responsible for the daily operations and staff supervision of more than two physician business units or a single practice with a unique program or services including multiple providers and co-workers. Ensures professional and technical operation of clinical units with moderate to high complexity and that all policies and procedures are followed on a day-to-day basis. May supervise other Practice Managers and Practice Coordinators. Responsible for independent management of the business units in accordance with Clinic Initiatives: Physician Satisfaction, Co-Worker Satisfaction, Patient Satisfaction, Quality, and Business Performance. Reports directly to Director or VP of Operations. Performs all related duties as assigned. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience: 6 or more years experience in a physician or medical office required Lead or supervisory experience required
- Other: Knowledge of managed care billing practices required Proficient with Microsoft Excel required
