FT Collection Representative - Immediate Opening.
Responsibilities include: Collection of delinquent accounts, skip tracing and account research, maintain company and client work standards, work diligently to achieve personal and Company goals. Prep and send accounts for litigation when applicable.
Qualifications:
- Experienced Collector
- At least high school graduate or equivalent.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Ability to bring resolution and recovery to collection accounts in a professional and positive manner.
- Multi-task with ease.
- Ability to work well in a team or individually.
- Good verifiable work history.
- Basic computer skills.
- Bi-lingual a plus but not required.
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug and background check.
- Knowledge of Medical Collections and 3rd party payors
- Prior experience in Legal Collections is a PLUS!
