We are a family-owned and operated plumbing, heating and electrical repair company proudly serving Denver and Boulder homeowners since 1973. We have over 140 full time employees and our offices are located in the Highlands just a few miles north of Downtown, in one of Denver s best neighborhoods.

We are currently looking for the right Service Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Manager with at least 5 years of experience to have a direct impact on all aspects of service at a customer-focused, private organization.

You ll report to the Director of Service Management and will be responsible for the following:
  • Plan, direct and control all phases of the service department
  • Direct daily operations to meet or exceed target labor expense and gross profit goals
  • Develop and implement normal operating policies
  • Participate in budget planning and meeting preparation
  • Ensure timely completion of repairs by technicians and maximum efficiency in scheduling work
  • Thoroughness in billing for all parts and materials
  • Become familiar with general terms in all contracts and bids and perform quality control
  • Hold meetings with department employees and provide training where necessary
  • Ensure licensing and certification requirements for technicians are met
  • Manages safety policies in the work place
  • Maintain open communications throughout department
The right candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of recent management experience
  • Industry experience in Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical required
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Training and or teaching experience a plus
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
