We're looking for a brilliant Sales Manager to join The Red Door team. Based in Manhattan, this position supports B2B sales growth across all markets. Ideal candidate is a self-starter looking to join a high-growth, tech-enabled division positioned to build an omni-channel beauty services business as part of The Red Door company.

Red Door At Work (RDAW) makes working professional's lives easier by saving them time. RDAW offers affordable, upscale personal care + wellness services, i.e. manicures, pedicures, men's haircuts + chair massage to working professionals at the office.

Our core B2B business is to visit corporate client offices weekly with our menu of beauty and wellness services. Our Sales Managers liaise with Human Resources managers to set up their offices for these recurring weekly RDAW service visits. In addition to leveraging inbound inquiries driven by marketing and word of mouth to close recurring clients, you’ll focus on outbound sales (both warm and cold) to create a pipeline of prospective leads to then close, bringing new clients into the model.

You will drive new client acquisition by focusing on the top of the sales funnel. Your goals will be to support all Sales Team nationally by executing on cold prospecting strategies (list building, nurturing, follow up, and measurement) to increase the number of qualified leads entering the sales pipeline. This position will also include full funnel responsibility for all three markets—from prospecting to lead qualification to closed-won sales.

Once "closed," client relationships are passed on to our Operations team, which maintains the ongoing relationship with servicing and marketing. The relationship with the HR managers at the companies we serve, from Fortune 500 to the hottest start-ups in town, is critical to our business model and the strength of that relationship is solidified during the initiation phase with our Sales Managers.

You’ll be reviewed against sales targets set forth by senior management, including cold conversion rates, campaign metrics + sales volume targets.

  • Become an expert on top of the funnel lead generation and a thought leader on how to best reach our target
  • Growth path: Own the entire pipeline through to closing prospective clients on recurring services and one-off events opportunities and managing the handoff of visit logistics to our Operations Team
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • College Degree + 2 years of sales or account management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Sales force-sales loft cadence, Google Drive + Adobe
  • Some travel required; approximately 10%
