Indiana Physical Therapy is now hiring for a full time Central Scheduler position. The position requirements are as follows:
Must be able to work the following hours:
Monday 10:30am-7:00pm
Tuesday 10:30am-7:00pm
Wednesday 10:30am-7:00pm
Thursday 10:30am-7:00pm
Friday 9:30am-6:00pm
- Must be a high school graduate.
- Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Must have basic knowledge of CPT & ICD9 coding for medical claims insurance.
- Must be able to demonstrate effective typing skills and have general computer operation skills, with a preference for experience and competence with Microsoft Office or like products.
- Must have the ability to learn Indiana Physical Therapy’s billing software system.
- Must have basic bookkeeping knowledge and understanding.
- Must have the ability to establish and foster effective working relationships with patients, referral agents, office staff(s), employees, and others.
Must demonstrate the ability to work legally in the United States.
