--INSIDE SALES PROFESSIONAL-- I'M HIRING!!
Looking to add 4 Inside Sales Reps!
These inside sales reps will be selling digital advertising space for businesses to recruit on open positions and gain more digital media presence. The reps are selling Job Posting space, Resume Database Access, Classified Ads, Digital Leaderboards, Cubes, etc, Career Fairs, Recruiting Events, etc.
-These individuals will be servicing current clients and up-selling within current offerings
-The majority of the calls they're making are warmer calls to clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's Degree (major does not matter)
-An internship or 3 months of experience doing phone sales or account management, ideally making cold calls
-Go-getter mentality (experience having to hit activity/metrics - "grinder"
-Entry Level candidates who have had a strong sales or marketing internship where they were making cold calls, giving/supporting presentations and are strong communicators
EARNING POTENTIAL/COMMISSION
-Reps can see 50-55k after their first full year; some reps who have really strong years have seen 60-70k; commission is uncapped
ROOM FOR GROWTH/PROMOTION
-Within 12-18 months can get promoted to outside sales group, advertising groups, any other publications. Outside sales roles have a 45k base, commission, perks, travel, etc. They typically promote 1 person per quarter into this team; can also get promoted to Senior Inside Sales Rep and get a 5k base bump.
