Inside Sales Representative

Aerotek is currently partnering with a mid-size company for Inside Sales Positions.

The scope of the Inside Sales role includes:
-Making 40+ calls per day to prospective customers
-Discover prospects needs and educate customers on the benefits of company products
-Hand off qualified leads to Outside Sales Representatives

Qualifications Include:

-Strategic thinker with strong problem solving and analytic skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Self-driven and organized

Preferred Skills:
* Previous sales experience - business to business phone sales a plus
* Pharmacy technician experience or college degree preferred
* Individual who thrives in a changing daily environment and has the ability to create and solidify new connections with prospects via phone and email
* Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills
* Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues

Education:
-Bachelor's Degree preferred

-Background in health care sales or pharmaceutical sales would be a plus

-Former Pharm Tech experience is a huge plus!

Additional Information:

-Shift is standard M-F 8-5
