Aerotek is hiring INSIDE SALES Reps- MUST HAVE P&C LICENSE
$36k/year base plus bonus opportunity each month after being taken on permanent
Top performers making $3,000 in monthly bonus. Average- $1,000-$2,000 each month

INSIDE SALES Reps Responsibilities:
* Take inbound sales requests from our partners and customers
* Make outbound follow up calls to qualified leads
* Follow up on quotes offered
* Seek and act on cross sell opportunities
* Complies with company and Insurance industry standards
* Seek out and act on opportunities for continuing education for Property and Casualty licenses.
* Follow all guidelines and regulations set forth by company and the Insurance Industry as a whole.
INSIDE SALES Reps Qualifications:
Experience working in a call center environment taking inbound sales and service requests, as well as making outbound calls to leads received from various channels.
* 1-2 years insurance sales, telemarketing or direct marketing experience
* The ability to multi-task and work independently
* Outstanding communication and computer skills
* Experience in an agency where several different companies are represented.
* Current Property and Casualty license is REQUIRED.
* High School diploma or equivalent.
