  • $12.00 + Commission

Job Description:

-Responsible for taking inbound calls from members

-There will be 4 agents out of this group that are more proactive customer service and will be doing more outbound

-Customers will be calling in to purchase products (i.e. RV or RV accessories) -These calls will be about RV's or ways to enhance their RV's (i.e. refrigerators, furnaces, chair, mats, awnings, etc.)

-There are 8,000 products that they can sell to their members

-There is typically 1 type of call but thousands of products to be offered on the phone - They are expected to upsell these products every time a customer calls in

Work Environment:

-Dress is casual Monday - Sunday

-Hours are going to be 6 AM to 10 PM Monday - Sunday

-These positions are open because the company gets extremely busy starting March, so they start hiring January and February to train people up.

-The company has a gym that anyone can use for free (including contractors)

-They do pot lucks, food trucks, cook outs, etc. every month to keep employees engaged

-They also have a break room with fountain drinks, coffee, sparking water for free

-When they are FTE's if they have 100% attendance every quarter they can receive $200

Qualifications:

-Looking for someone with at least 6 months of customer service/call center experience

-Interest in selling products and services

-Looking for someone who wants to grow with the company (i.e. has the ability to move into other departments down the road - Marketing, IT, Insurance Sales, etc.)

- MUST be able to work weekends or they are disqualified

- If someone has a very customer focused mindset, that is great but it must be paired with a sales mindset. If they are just customer service with no sales skills, they will not get the job.

Performance Expectations:

-Will be taking between 80-100 calls per day

-When they are new in the role they do QA on 14 calls/agent and this is surrounding verification of information, customer service to members, and asking for the sale on the call

-They do not have a required handle time because they want the customer to be taken care of, so they will not be penalized for this
