Pool Tech / Snow Removal

Job Summary/Company Information: 

• Express Employment Professionals is working with a Pool Maintenance and Snow removal contractor on the south side of Indy who is looking to hire for a full time position!
• The associate will be responsible for: performing weekly pool maintenance, completing pool renovations, installing/ repairing pool covers, and conducting pool closing duties at end of season.
• Additional tasks would include shoveling, sweeping, installing equipment, maintenance of equipment, etc. 
• This is a hard and heavy labor position that will require long hours and working out the elements. 
• This company stays busy in the winter with pool maintenance and also does snow removal contracting.
• No past experience in this industry required, just the ability and desire to train on-the-job and learn the trade. 

Pay/Benefits:

• $13/hour
• Once hired on, the company offers bonus pay per job that can be anywhere between an additional $300 - $800 per week! 

Schedule: 

• 1st shift, 7am-3pm or 5pm.
• This is a position where hours will need to be flexible. Working up to 70/hr weeks in the summer and anywhere between 30-50/hr weeks in the winter. 

Requirements:

• Must be mechanically inclined or have experience working on cars.
• Must be able to lift between 50 – 75lbs on regular basis with no assistance.
• Candidates for this position must have valid drives license and be customer service focused. 
• Construction related experience would be a plus.
• Associates will be required to work in unpleasant conditions.
