About this job

Staffmark is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator for a card service company in the Austin Area. The Coordinator will provide administrative and junior-level project management support. The coordinator will contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of operational workflows and processes that enable the channel's sales, financial, and client experience goals. This position requires solid process and analytical skills, and strong Banking, Financial, or Payments background.
Responsibilities:

Contribute directly to the team's ability to attain its goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and challenging requests, exploring opportunities to add value, and building strong interpersonal relationships that drive results.
Provide day-to-day support to the operations and implementation teams.
Interface with all internal delivery teams to support the execution of key initiatives, including product design, product improvements, and back-office enhancements.
Provide junior-level project management support for projects that deliver more efficient and enhanced levels of service.
Provide administrative support for launching of new corporate clients.
Coordinate across functions and divisions to ensure cohesive delivery of our products and services.
Perform other duties as required.

Skills/Education/Experience:

2-3 years operational experience in the Banking, Financial, or Payments industry required.
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
Demonstrated success with exercising self-initiative and navigating complex business environments.
Ability to troubleshoot problems and drive to resolution.
Strong attention to detail and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable wearing many hats and allowing the job description to fluctuate when needed.
Proficient with Microsoft productivity software, especially Excel, Access, and Project.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
