NEEDED IMMEDIATELY! Shipping and Receiving Clerk. Work in a FUN and Progressive Atmosphere in the Vista, CA area,
M-F 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Stocking parts, Process and order part requests
- Handle inventory control functions and administrative duties.
- Coordinate between other departments: Purchasing, Manufacturing, Division Managers, R&D, Sales and Marketing.
- Creating labels for shipping purposes
- Communicating with internal and external customers.
- Including Administrative responsibilities
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years work experience in Shipping and Receiving environment.
- Familiarity with UPS FedEX and other freight carrier companies preferred.
- Must have basic hands-on knowledge of computers and working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Demonstrate aptitude for handling external/internal customer’s request and inquiries effectively
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Forklift Experience
- Bilingual, Spanish a plus
