Job Description:
Operations, Site Manager works with Project Manager closely and has overall responsibility for small-scale installation projects. Site Manager is also responsible for providing job site supervision of installation resources to complete installation and upgrade of equipment in a timely manner, safely and on budget. Site Manager is required to manage project cost and report costs to the executive management team. Site Manager must follow designated installation procedures and safety guidelines established for work areas. Maintain and initiate direct contact with customers through daily and weekly on-site meetings to assure customer satisfactions.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Possess strong oral and written communication kills
- Ability to manage project team, budgets and schedule
- Must be flexible and adaptive to the changes
- Must be able to identify problems and come up with solutions
- Must be able to work under pressure of customer and complete tasks under tight time frame
- Required to follow and understand work rules, procedures and safety guidelines
- Required to travel
- Must conform at all times to customer's safety and cleanliness policies to maintain a safe and clean work environment
