Mechanical Designer - Full-time / Part-time

You will be supporting the Large Govt. Contractor on the project that will be encompassing the Marine Corps Amphibious Assault Vehicle. This is going to be strictly a Design role utilizing the CREO Software where you would be implementing any design changes to the existing systems inside this vehicle or creating new ones.

• Responsibilities
  • Working within a design team to make changes to existing systems or implement new designs
  • Utilize the 3d Modeling CAD Software: Proe or Creo
  • Create BoMs
  • Utilize Windchill Product Management Lifecycle Software
• Qualifications
  • MUST HAVE +5 years of CREO Mechanical Design experience within the automotive, military vehicle, or related industries
  • Experience with Windchill Product Management Lifecycle software
  • Ability to design/draft utilizing a part or blueprint
  • Ability to create a BOM
  • Communicate effectively with the Mechanical Engineering Team and the Production Team
• Environment: Large Warehouse Facility
• Shift: Day Shift Monday - Friday & the occasional weekend work when needed during Project Deadlines. Extensive OT with X1.5 compensation

Must Have the Ability to Obtain a Secret Security Clearance
