Set up product displays or arrange merchandise on display units to promote sales. Ensuring proper signage is in place. Communicate effectively with Bell Nursery personnel as well as garden center personnel. Greet customers and assists them by answering product related/general gardening questions. Assisting the Lead Merchandiser with inventory, delivery orders, and cycle counts. Assists with the delivery and movement of product from delivery trucks to the sales floor. Watering and consolidation of live goods Qualifications and Skills Candidate must have the availability to work at least one weekend day and commit to the duration of the season. Effective communication is essential for customer service and communication with team members. Flexibility to work long hours and varied schedules. Must represent Bell Nursery with the highest level of professionalism, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
